WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE IT?
I strive for a quick turnaround and try to ship all orders within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). As long as there are no stock or other issues. In the case of any issues you will be notified immediately. Delivery time will depend on your chosen delivery method at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships so that you can know when it will arrive. Once your order is given to the carrier, I cannot control any carrier issues.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Contact your sales representative regarding replacement and return. All returns require a return authorization number.


WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damages must be reported to The Blushing Pearl within 48 hours from receipt of goods.
If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately. We will follow up on the claim. The carrier will credit us (the shipper) and we will take care of you. Your cooperation is very important to our success at being paid for the claim.


WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN ITEM I AM BILLED FOR?
Our orders are double checked before shipping, however on occasion errors will occur. Make sure to check in the packing material, many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order. Please also verify the possibility that you received the wrong item. Then report it to us within 48 hours and we will take care of you.


CAN A GARMENT BE RETURNED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

There can be no exchanges of items that are intended to be worn over the genital areas due to health laws. Just like swim suits and bikinis.

Defective items are to be handled according to industry standard return practices for garments. Customer must notify us within 10 business days of receipt and call/notify us requesting a Return Authorizations number (RA#)


SEASONAL ITEMS RETURN POLICY
Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day items are considered seasonal. There are NO returns on seasonal items. No credit will be issued if items are returned. We do not pay shipping on these items.
Defective policy for seasonal items: Customer must notify us within 2 business days of receipt to request credit or a Return Authorizations number. (RA#)
